  • SUGAR DISSOLVING VESSEL

    Equipment for sugar syrup preparation:
    The syrup is prepared by way of a complete sugar dissolution in hot water with constant stirring.
    The prepared hot syrup undergoes filtration and cooling – now
    the syrup is prepared and it is ready for introduction into the beverage.
  • WATER PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT (CHARCOAL FILTER)

    The mixture of alcohol and treated water of a needed strength
    undergoes purification through sand filters and a column
    filled with activated charcoal to remove various toxic micro
    impurities. It is just in the charcoal column where vodka
    attains needed taste and flavor.
  • WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT

    The water undergoes treatment on a reverse osmosis unit
    (deep demineralization) or according to water clarification and softening
    scheme – by its passing through a coconut charcoal layer in charcoal
    filters, and a layer of ion-exchange resin
    layer in Na-cation exchange filter.
  • HEAT-EXCHANGE UNIT

    Equipment used for heating or cooling beverages in production flow.
  • INFUSION VESSEL

    Processed plant or fruit raw material (cranberry, cherry, ashberry,
    dried apples, cedar berries, apple tree leaves etc.) shall
    be added hereto in and covered with alcohol-water mixture.
    The raw material shall be infused at a periodical mixing
    during a specified period of time. Upon infusion completion
    the semi-finished product shall undergo discharge, filtration
    and be blended as needed. (cedar berries and peppers shall be
    sorted and placed in bottles manually)
  • BOTTLING SECTION

    It is equipped with automated lines on which bottling
    and end product styling are performed.
  • TANK FOR BEVERAGES COLD TREATMENT

    Special tank for beverages ageing at negative
    temperatures with subsequent filtration from
    in-cold coagulated residues. This tank is used
    to make beverages stable after bottling.
  • BLENDING VESSEL FOR VODKAS

    Special vessel in which different components are blended.
    Besides, this vessel serves for final product

  • PRODUCTS FILTERING

    To improve quality of end products beverages and
    semi-products undergo filtration, i.e. they are
    passed through special plates or cartridges holding
    back unacceptable particles of unequal size.
    Vodka passes through a cartridge by special filtering
    layers (bulk filter – sorption, with coconut charcoals
    impregnated with silver or platinum ions; winding
    type – with gold thread; deep-bed filter – through a layer
    of special fibers with the retention threshold from 5 to 1 micron.

    Specialists of the production laboratory perform close
    control over the production process during each stage
    thereof, from raw material control to finished
    products shipment to the retail chain
  • FINISHED PRODUCTS WAREHOUSE

    Area for bottled and boxed finished products storage.

    are released to various trade companies.

    • Purification of vodka with activated birch charcoal, processing of vodka sortings with skimmed milk powder, additional purification of vodka at the "Silver Filtration"
    • Plant, Processing of complex multicomponent tinctures with pasting substances, which helps to increase the shelf life to unlimited.
    • Cleaning of tinctures and cognacs with low temperatures (up to -17 degrees).
    • The company produces vodka that meets the requirements for vodka with the name of the place of origin of the goods "Russian vodka". The quality of these products is achieved through the use of alcohol produced using a special technology, specially prepared water and using exclusively classical vodka purification technology.
